BOWRAL MODERNISED RANCH
The original cottage style house was built in 1947. An addition in the nineties added a large kitchen / family room on the back, enclosed a small garage to one side and reconfigured the frontage to that of a ranch style more in keeping with the long street-facing facade.
In 2024 the house was reconfigured significantly taking it from three bedrooms and one bathroom to four bedrooms and four bathrooms with a “great room” across the back where the day to day living all takes place. With uninterrupted views of Oxley Hill, previously ignored, the house is a now light, bright and airy where once it was dull and drab with no indoor / outdoor flow.
